Window Problem
If you don't have power @ the switch, then the problem is in the wiring to the door (the big bundle of wires in the jamb)
If you have power in and out of the switch, the problem is either the motor, or the actual window mechanism
Grab a volt meter, and start checking
This is out of my 94 Helms manual. I cant see the LS1 windows being that different:

RH Window inoperative from both switches. LH window operates normally.
Put Ignition switch in "Run"
With a test light, backprobe the RH power window motor connector from terminal A to terminal B. While observing the test light, press the RH window "up" and window "down" switch. Is the test light "on" in both cases?
- check power window motor connector for poor connection. If ok, replace inoperative power window motor
- With a test light, check the RH switch from terminal D to C
- While observing the test light, press the RH switch UP and DOWN. Is test light ON in both cases?
- If yes: Check for open in wire 666 (drk blue) or 667 (brown) between RH power window switch and RH window motor
- If no: Check RH window switch from terminal B to E. Using the LH switch, press the RH window up and down. Does the test light come on in both cases?
- If yes: Check for poor coonections at RH window switch, or replace RH switch.
- If no: Check LH switch terminal B to C. Using the LH switch, press the RH window up and down. Does the test light come on in both cases?
If no: Check for poor connections at LH window switch. If OK, replace LH switch.
Hope this helps.
