Default Box Building Programs

These are free Modeling programs. I have to say the Beta version of WinISD (regular not Pro) is just OK.

The WinISD Pro works Really well.
I just used it to model out the Wall I have sitting in my Geo and found that the port I'm am using was about 3" too long (Memphis you are Fired). Pulled that port out and quickly made a second one that was the new legnth, and I KNOW it is much louder at 57Hz now. The pressure wave feels stronger, My clothes move more and a part Fell off at about 85% vs full with the other port. (old port had a tuned response of 42Hz not the 57Hz I asked for.)

Try it out. It's free.

Uhh, I'm curious what part that was... No wait - if it's not a car-part, I don't want to know.

Seriously though, that's some good stuff. If you understand what's going on here, programs like these are essential to proper tuning. Anyone who's serious should give it a shot.

I agree with Richiec77. I also use that same program, and love it. I used it to model the fiberglass box I am making now for my 8" sub.

The Trim piece that goes from the Top of the Wall FAce to the Roof cracked and fell off. Never had a Problem with it before. This alone shows the Extra Force was present. Also. I now have a Buzz in the roof that wasn't there before.

So. In my experiement, it works pretty well.

Thats a bad *** program. For most common people its best to go with the manufactures recommendations.
