You can. The RMS measurement is usually the Thermal Limits of the Sub running continuously. The motors Thermal limits.
The Peak Measurement is the Total Capacity of the Suspension and Motor Structure.
You can run it @ that power level for shorter/short periods of time. I don't see a problem with it living. Usually Distortion will kill the speaker the most. Also lower the Frequency the longer it stays At the top of it's excusion. For any givin point in space.

Basicaly yes. Distortion is the main concern. If you plan on driving around @ full tilt for about a 1/2 hour or longer I might be a little concerned.
Also, If the box is small sealed it can raise the Handleing a bit. Mostly due to the Air being stiffer and now show's more compliance in a small box. Heat can still be a problem.
@200 watts vs 150w, I don't think it will be an issue. But it does depend on the Sub. Basically who made it.
