I saw a while back that Subthump made a 12" stealth enclosure for the drivers side but its no longer on the website. Does anyone know if they still make it or have one they no longer want? Or is there some other brand I could go to? Thanks.

I just bought one, I'm not sure who makes it cuz I bought it on e-bay but I'm guessing its a JL Audio because it came w/ a JL Audio sub , its a 10" and boy does it sound NIIICE the sound reflects off that hatch just right and like you said you don't lose the little bitty trunk we do have in our cars!

I know that Subthump makes the 10" one as well as JL and Mtx, I dropped Subthump an email about it a while back ago but never heard anything back. I need the 12" because I have two 12" Mtx Thunder 8's from another car and I dont want to change them up. I was just wondering if anyone had bought one recently from there because I havent been able to find another stealth enclosure of that size.

I cant seem to get any info from subthump, does anyone think a 10" would sound about the same due the restrictions on air space for the larger sub in the small box?

Not too sure how much of a difference a 12 will have over the 10. Might not be much.
The only reason might be slightly lower freq reponse, but the box is small and it might peak the 12 more than the 10. Power handeling of a 12 is slightly more than a 10, usually if a larger motor is used.
For me, I don't think I would hear any difference between a 10" vs 12" in the same air space. If anything, due to the small amount of air space, the 10" might be the best choice.

This applies to the 10 or the 12".. What type of connections does the box have on the outside? What about on the side?
Does this bolt down similarly to the jl or the thunderform box?
