Cutout Switch Horror

Cutout Switch Horror I'm tired of this QTP cutout switch. I got one with my exhaust and I don't know what happened to that I guess it blew 
anyways I just recieved another one and it won't work either I think that ones defective. I'm going to call them up and see if I can get 1 more. Anyways, I checked all the fuses and everything. Just don't know why it won't work.
Any ideas on suggestions on what to do

Will the switch even light up? Could be the motor too, unplug it from under the car and test for power on the switch side. What did you use for power/ground? When I had one I used the radio fuse and black wire off the cig lighter. You remember to check the inline fuse for the switch too? Friend of mine got a bad motor - took mine off, plugged it into his harness and worked fine. Just some ideas...

Yeah thanks man I plugged it into the cigarette lighter. Don't know if that was a bad idea or not. I don't believe that it's the motor on the cutout. I checked it out and everything appears to be normal. Anyways, any other ideas on what Icould possibly do. I checked all the fuses. By inline fuse you mean the one on the positive wire side correct?
I don't know about QTP's scheme but my McCord
has two limit switches that cut out the current at
the ends of travel (so you don't burn up the motor
I guess). If these have gone out of position, got
corroded, etc. then you might not be energizing
the motor despite putting switch power correctly.
