Not sure how I can compare it to having a sub or 2 in the trunk. I have 3-10s.
They don't come close to comparing to them, but these things have SO MUCH more mid-bass range and can hit alot lower than the 6.5" MB Quarts that were in there!! I wished I'd started off doing this in the begining.
I do it all over again if I had to! Though I will say cutting the larger hole in the car kinda hurt to do, not to mention takes a little determination and patience to get it the right size.
