Default Rear defroster stops pwr seats from working

When I turn on my rear defrost it works for maybe a couple minutes, then it stops working and the light in the switch turns off, and the power seat controls stop working. After just a few minutes the seat works again and the defrost switch responds again.

I had the same problem last year. If you search you can find a lot more information. There is a 30 amp circuit breaker (looks like a big silver fuse) for that circuit in the panel on the side of the dash by the driver's side door. For some reason as the car ages it starts to trip when the defroster is turned on. Replacing it with another silver breaker does not work. However, the common fix is to replace the breaker with an equal 30 amp fuse. I did this and it has been fine ever since, and the defroster stays on as long as it supposed to.
