i have GM factory remote and i want to install it on my camaro 2000

Remote what? Remote keyless entry? Remote starter?

When you say you have the remote are you refering to the key fob? If so then instructions for programming it to match your car are in the owners manual (assuming your car has the factory alarm or keyless entry system).
