which wires On the stock Monsoon head unit which color speaker wires are the low side output. I want to add a sub and amp to my existing system. The only way this will sound decent and work with the eq correctly is that I tap the right wires on the head unit. I need the low side wire or full range wires to install the converter for the RCA conversion.

There aren't low side outputs. The monsoon amp is driven by the full range speaker level outputs.
Crossover work is handled in the amp and at the drivers.
If you just want to add a sub, just tap off the high level inputs at the monsoon amp harness. There are wiring schematics to be found on the net to identify the right wires to use.
