Trans Am Headlight replacement options
does anyone know a good replacement bulb for a 4th gen. trans am. I want to get something that looks like an HID bulb or is clear etc.
I know about the euro conversion kits and I hate them.

Since you hate the conversion units, the only other option is to make your own. There arent any alternative Sealed Beam headlights for the 4th Gen Firebird.
Check out these posts I made a while back about headlight options for the 4th Gen Firebird: https://ls1tech.com/forums/showpost....76&postcount=5

Here are other conversion units:
www.rallylights.com.

(but I dont know what size you need.)

Have you ever looked into Sylvania SilverStars? I just recently put a pair of sealed beams in my '97 TA, and I think they're just fine for a halogen bulb. It's the next best thing other than HIDs.

Well if you don't like the Euro lamps then start hacking away and make your own cause there ain't that many options. You can always get the conversion assembly and just put your own HIDs in there. Thats what my plan is, just need the money for the HIDs.
