Default My Ipod Install

I installed my Ipod Nano in my car today. I went the cheap route and used the headphone jack to RCA plugs, then from RCA plugs to the Aux in on my /////Alpine9847 Headunit. Heres some pictures of the install, includeing one with my arm in shifting position, to show the clearence...

holy sh*t, your shifter is short. Its like you are putting your hand inside a box and shifting with little arm movement. How do you like it? What shifter is that?

Oh yeah, I like the idea, keeps it discreet and no wires hanging out, yet you still are able to change songs easily, unlike it would be if you placed it in the the console.

Looks easier than mine. I hooked my Ipod to my factory cd-player and ran it to the glovebox. I can change the songs with my steering wheel controls.

Ah nice man!! I wish I had steering wheel controls.. Well, no I don't. The steering wheel controls on the lt1 pontiacs are horribly ugly... But I wish I had a late model steering wheel... IDK... This is nice for now. After I get my INT changed over to black, and some LED's replaced ( WTF is up with red illumination?? ) I will think about replacing the speakers and adding some higher end stuff.

But as far as yours, I hear having them plugged in and charging all the time is horrible on the battery.
