Default weird headlight problem

I have Silverstars for the low beams and last Sat night the driverside buld went out. I wiggled it some and then it started working again until the next day. I replaced the bulb. Then tonight the same thing happened on the passenger side. I wiggled the bulb and now it works again.

Maybe water got in somehow. That's happened to me before, but never on a newer f-body....

Get yourself some dielectric grease and put a glob on each connection to keep the water from getting in there and messing stuff up

I ended up getting another bulb. The wire inside was about to separate. I will try some dielectic grease. Thanks all.

this is a well known thing, so you should know this, but i might as well say it just incase, you know you cant touch the glass of the bulb with you're fingers right? Hold it only from the plastic. Also, sometimes if you wiggle a bulb and it comes back on, the harness is bad (loose for example, sometimes burnt also). I had a fog that i had to replace the harness(plug) on.
