There are a couple of small bolts (one per side of the HU)...not sure on size... that you take out. Then you can pull the HU forward. There will be 2 or 3 connectors that you will have to pull loose on the back. 3 if you have a cd changer.

The first is the antenna wire...mine was a bit of a bitch to get out, but it pulls straight out.

The long narrow connector is the cd changer wiring harness, there is a clip thing on the top that you push down on (on the back of the connector) to pop the tip of it up so that it will come free. If you have ever pulled the main power connection on a PC motherboard loose, its the same style of thing.

The last one should be 2 pins tall and 1.5 or 2 inches wide. This wiring harness has power, dimmer control, power antenna control, speaker connections, etc in it. It has the same style molded-in clip as the other connector. push on the end of it and pull straight out.

3 bolts, two on one side, one on the other.
I think they are 7 or 9 mm.

They are 5mm bolts with 7mm head (use a 7mm socket or wrench).

Yeah. This is worth being stickied. I'll work on adding it to the FAQ.
