I had the X50 in my Camaro and my g/f driving next to me in my T/A with the V1, we both at the same time hit the brakes due to a cop on the other side of a hill.
The X50 and the V1 are both great but I prefer the V1. You can track alot more targets and the arrows show where the source(s) are coming from. I liked the V1 sooo muck I pulled the X50 from my Camaro and bought ANOTHER V1 for my Camaro. Here is where my X50 resides:

...makes a great wheel chock!!!
j/k I use it for my Trailblazer. lolPeace,
Craig.
If you have a non-traction control Camaro check out the install I did on my buddies SS:

Peace,
Craig.
goto ebay u can get any of these great radars for about $230 and save yourself from -jail -costly tickets : trust me my speed limit is the states + 10 or 20

Pull the bezel that covers your vents and goes around your stereo and a/c controls. There is wiring for traction control, unplug it and pop out the blank.
You will have to Dremel out the hole for the blank just a little, feed the wires for the remote display throught the front of the bezel and have the remote display rest like I have it in the pic.
If you don't have remote display it costs around $40 for the X50.
Gun5- I HAVE both and I can say the range is the same. The X50 does seem to have a little bit better filter for the city but not by much.
The V1 will track WAY more targets in case there is a false signal and there is a cop near a false source. Plus the arrows help.
They are both good, but I prefer the V1.
Peace,
Craig.
Please dont listen to Carl Fors the man personally hates anything Valentine.
