Soon came today while I was out of town. . .
I'll have pictures of it before, during and after
installation on the board tomorrow evening

Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes I figure. . .

Took me about 25-30 minutes (had to fabricate/modify both my current head unit mount and the new HUMount to fit properly. When Photobucket comes back up shortly, I'll post up the install procedure. . .
Other than bleeding (cut myself slightly w/SURGICAL BLADE on my drill) the intall was cake! Got about 15 shots for ya'll.

With my aftermarket mounting bracket, and the HUMount unit, they wouldn't fit flush without modifying/cutting them...
If you notice about pictures 12 & 13, the top of the mounting bracket and the bottom of the HUMount are cut out. . so they fit flush together...

If you get the chance to order one, do it! It's very easy to install (even if you need mods) and just has a nice-factor to it that the factory could have done easily. I'm sure Mark at HUMount doesn't mind GM didn't do this They have slightly changed the process when the HUMount initially came out. They did the lights for me instead of me needing to do anything (based on the instructions on their web page).

Nice... I did not realize your tail panel lit up.

Good work, my friend.

cool switches, they look stock and professional, rather than a cheap wal-mart switch

They're genuine foglight switches and I got the harnesses w/them so I can adapt them as necessary. I had the 4th switch in use for my line lock, but I changed it last week so the line lock is now on my shifter:

I've painted my rear panel and need to fill in the CAMARO letters w/clear epoxy and then worry about the lighting situation behind them... TIGHT space in there. . .for now!
