Default my turning signal doesnt work

Hi,
(its the left front turn signal)

I changed the bulb. Still it didnt work.
I changed the fuse on the left side of dash... still nothing
So i took the round thing under the dash that makes the clicking noise from the hazards and switched it to the turn signal one. After that atleast the drivers side turn signal would blink on the dash instead of remaining solid and it would click and the rear (left) turn signal would blink. So, that takes care of the "getting pulled over for non working turn signal" but i am upset that the left turn signal in the front doesnt work.

When I turn on my head lamps, it turns on.

When i turn on the right turn signal, the right side blinks and the left side stays turned off. When I turn on the left turn signal, it stays turned off but the right side goes solid yellow.

Can someone please help me.

Thanks,

Crystal

The Left and Right Signals both use the same flasher.
If one side works and the other doesnt, then the problem is not the flasher.

Try this,
* First put the flasher units back in their proper locations
* Turn on the hazards
* Look for the bulb(s) that isnt/arent flashing (that is supposed to flash)
* Inspect the bulb and its socket.

Either the bulb is bad
or the socket is corroded
or there is break in the wire somewhere

Remember, the bulbs are dual filament.
