Question Modification for a H/U??

So when you sort erething by vehicle on crutchfields web page it says for all h/us you have to remove some bracket... is this true? and if so... does it just unbolt?

There is a rear support bracket that a plug on the back of factory radios goes into. If you want to flush mount a head unit you have to either cut or force it out of the way.

If you use a kit that sticks out an inch or so it isn't a concern. Flush mounted looks much nicer in Firebirds, but Camaros either way can look decent.
