Default Putting gauges in your vents......

If you install guages in your vents of a trans am, Do you have to block the vent somehow with something so you don't heat up the gauge if you have the heat on or vice versa...or will it be fine? Info from people who have done this and know would be great.

I shoved some bubble wrap down inside the vent and no problems.

I havent put anything back there and have had no probs. I used the three over the monsoon.

How do you take those things out? Is their a write up on how to put gauges in? I'd love to know

I just pulled them out. But make sure you dont crack the trip peice that the wraps around the vents. they fit pefect with the gauges.

HAHAHHAHAA!! I guess bubble wrap seems like a good idea! I will probably go with that. Now. can you run the wires down the vents or.......is that a bad idea? where you dou run the wires?
