Do I Have My Wires Right? Im hooking up my subs and amp for the first time. I ran the + to the battery with the restricter. The - is ran to the metal under the carpet, and the two rca cables are in. Am I missing any thing or doing something wrong because it isn't working? 
It might also be that the amp isn't working but Idk... If any body can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Your amp should have a remote turn on. You need to run a wire from the deck to the amp for this. Usually it is a blue or blue/white stripe wire from the deck to the remote turn on, on the amp. The remote hookup for the amp is usually between the + and - on the amp.
You can make a little jumper wire from your 12v constant and run it to the 12v switched (labeled as 12v switched or turn-on on the amp) to make sure your amp works. You can't hook it up like this permanently because then the amp is always on and it will drain your battery.
Hopefully it does work, and this is your only problem. You just need to get a switched (only hot when the key is on) lead back to the amp. It is not a high current voltage line so you can use a much smaller 14-16 guage wire with no issue.
