Default ARS/FogLamp switches hot to the touch

I was wondering if this is common for the two switches above the cd player to be hot at any point in time... it somewhat bothers me but I only notice it maybe half the time... anyone with similar experiences?

also, why does my drivers side window click when it comes up to the top?

yea its common. and about the window clicking, thats one thing chevy did wrong with these cars. the entire setup of the windows is cheap as hell. my drivers side window pops when i take it all the way down then back up. i think that its actually my door panel that pops because i see the window push it out when the window is all the way down. just pos windows =\

never experienced the switches being hot with my ex's car, but then again I don't think she had ARS either ...

it doesn't make much noise when its part way down then goes up, but sometimes its really ******* loud when it finally stops
