Thanx, so bulbs can still be bad even if they light up?

I think they are dual filament, so one level of lighting may work, but the other may be blown. At least thats what it was when I had that same problem.

I changed the bulbs on the side that wasn't blinking, and now both sides arent blinking. Sometimes the right side will blink really slowly. How do u change blinker fluid?

The bulbs are dual filament.

There are two flashers:
* One is for the hazards
* The other is for he left/right signals

Turn on the hazards and look for any bulbs that are not flashing (that are supposed to flash) or flashing irreguarly. Inspect that bulb and its socket. Replace the bulb or clean off the socket's corrosion (which ever is needed). If all the bulbs appear to work properly, replace the signal flasher.

It's the flasher relay. . .
2 phillips screws and 2 7mm screws below the steering column.
remove the knee panel and there are the relays to the right side.
Don't remember the part number, but any Napa will have it.
Won't take you literally 5 minutes to replace. Also shouldn't be
more than about 6$ to replace.
Leave the panel off until you know you've got the right one
replaced.

Enjoy!

(Yes, the bulbs are dual-filament bulbs)
(Yes, the lights will come on w/one burnt out)
