Found an unplugged wiring harness in my car!

Found an unplugged wiring harness in my car! I was trying to fix some wiring problems that I've found in my car. Nothing big. Just small crap that is annoying. Anyway, under the dash (in front of the console) is an unplugged wiring harness and plug. There are 4 matching wires in the plug/harness:
Brown, yellow, light blue, dark blue
What is this for? And should I plug it in?

do you have an aftermarket stereo? if so, it could be the illumination wires for the stock unit, or the signal wires for a stock amplifier. could be a illumination wires for anything. is anything not working properly? can you plug it in? if so, do it. see what happens. i have a 93' so i dont know what they are for. if it were an older car i might be more help.

did you put the halos on or did they come on the car??? b/c to me it looks like one of the plugs that plugs into the black box behind the radio, someone prolly unplugged it to get rid of automatic headlights. it doesnt hurt anything just doesnt let your brake light on the gauge cluster light up when your ebrake is on.
