You'd have to modify your dash to make it fit - it's double DIN but the factory opening is only 1.5 DIN.

you would have to cut part of the junk around the hvac controls off, and the little basket that your monsoon sits on. Shouldnt be a big deal at all.

Yeah, what he said^ Theres a tab on the back of the divider above the a/c controls that has to be removed. You may also have a problem with the a/c ducting in the way depending on the depth of the unit. If it won't sit back far enough to look right you could use a heat gun/hair dryer to heat up the ducting, put some plastic on the back of the unit and shove it in to form it around the unit. That should get you some additional clearance.

I have seen the Dual stuff at Best Buy and suprised at how inexpensive it was. Does anyone know who makes this? Is this just some made in China junk or is it an offbrand version of a reputable brand?

I think they are their own brand.. I admit that their stuff isnt very good quality and if you look on ebay for a little more you can pick you up a D2 and youll be very happy with it. http://cgi.ebay.com/PIONEER-AVIC-D2-...QQcmdZViewItem

Dude, you might as well go throw your $800 on the craps table. Your odds of NOT pissing your money away would be better.

It's inexpensive because its crap and poorly made. You get what you pay for. You'd be better off saving up for pioneer, alpine, eclipse or something else.

i used to have a dual h/u. it actually worked fine but I changed it out after a month for the alpine and ipod controls. sold it to a friend. another couple of months down the road the motorized face started giving him problems and getting stuck. also just the feel of it sucks. it felt like it was a little plastic toy like it was bound to break at any moment. it is ok if that is all you can afford. but if you are going with a screen i would buy a better brand that is worth the money.
