Monsoon acting weird, time to change?

Monsoon acting weird, time to change? In my 99 T/A i have the stock monsoon stereo. Now on the display part where it says the time, channel, track etc. It keeps displaying parts of the numbers for example..
if the time is 3:26 it will not read that but just read a couple lines out of it. Is the monsoon on its way out?
