Need help wiring a line output convertor!

Need help wiring a line output convertor! Ok so I spent all day trying to get it hooked up and so far only got one side working. First I wired it off the speaker wires going into the amp. nothing 
. So I then went to the outputs off the amp and was able to get one side working. I found the wiring diagram that shows the color on houston Fbody but the colors dont match? I have a 2001 convertible with the Monsoon setup. How did you guys wire your LOC's? What colors do I hook the LOC up to?
edit: Ok so i tried again today and hooked it off the same inputs that go to the rear speakers (i traced the wires) It worked fine for the passenger side but when I tried to do the same thing for the driver side it didnt work?

You're right...the amp wiring in a convertible is different from a coupe. I posted some of the input and output wire positions in another thread here for someone trying to bypass the amp in a convertible. It's not a complete list but it should give you enough to get the wires you need for your LOC.
you using it for an Amp/sub install ? why do you have to run off both sides ? i ran mine off of one side (pass side) said panel speaker, i used a Scoshe(not sure on spelling) LOC. and its quite simple .
But then i just ripped out the whole monsoon system and replaced with everything but , whatever works

WhiteBird that is exactly what I was looking for thank you so much ill give it a try this weekend. Lethal, I want to run both side b/c when some songs have a bass line that goes from left to right only the left side works.
