Default Custom bezel. How do I do this?

A member sent me this picture when I was talking to him about a double din h/u in our t/a's and I want to know what is required in making this bezel or if someone knows where I can get one? How much? And all that jazz...

I'm not sure whose car this is from, but you did a kick *** job!

Grab a piece of cardboard, get the exact size and shape you want.
Transfer that over to an appropriate piece of plastic, do the edging on it as necessary to bevel the inside and outside edges, attache the mounting points on the back then texture it. 8 maybe 10 minutes. . .KIDDING about the time. Could reasonably be done in about 2 hours though.

Don't be afraid of bondo for sculpting and using lots of sand paper...

And i found a cool plastic thats a two-part mix (kinda like epoxy) that is also shapable and sandable. . .

what is kitty hair? ive heard of it, but im not familiar with it.

and this would be my first time working with any type of sculpting/molding material like bondo, so what type would you suggest? should I then paint it or can it be bought to match in color?

Also, whats the best way to go about making a custom piece like that? Size and depth and all that.

Edit: Actually, might anyone know someone that would make this bezel for me for a small fee? Just a one-off custom piece that doesnt cost an arm and a leg like the fiberglass quote i was given.

TTT. Also does anyone know whose car that is? I'd like to get a small rundown of what they had to do to make that work?

Thats a tiny monitor to fit in there. Hope they aren't running anything more than nav on that, or they will go blind, or wreck out.

I've been making them but I am way behind right now so I had to list them as out of stock to try and catch up. I am only doing the Firebird versions because the Camaro one is alot more complicated. I did take some pictures of the process I use for making them step by step. It does not show the melted plastic that burns your arms when cutting the bezel, etc...lol!!
I use a stock bezel, and a double DIN mount kit that has a double DIN piece. I cut (dremel) the bezel so the double DIN piece fits inside it, glue it in place. Then I use filler to fill in the sides and have to let that cure. After that you have to sand like hell to get it just right and fill back in some little spots that always seem to come up. Then sand it again. Then I prime it and look for more smaller imperfections. Small amount of sanding and then I prime it once more. I then apply Rustoleum textured spray paint at a distance. This allows the paint to kind of dry in the air just before it hits the plastic which adds to the texture of the paint. 2 coats of this and its done. The time consuming part is allowing stuff to dry thoroughly before moving to the next step. Otherwise you have to start all over again and sand everything down. I'll post some pics because as much as I like to sell them, I am having trouble keeping up with the demand for them.
I know the process doesn't sound like much but to make it look right it does take some skill and patience.
