Default RCA Jacks

Does the stock unit of a '01 TransAm have RCA Jacks? I know it's a longshot, but mine as well ask.

No, the stock units do not have any RCA outputs on them.
If you need RCA outputs, look into buying the PAC-OEM 1. It simply plugs right in to the factory wiring and gives you two sets of RCA outputs.

Does the 500 watt Monsoon HU have enough power to push anything besides the stock system?

I'm a stereo newbie here. Just curious to see if I'll need to replace the stock unit.

I'm also new to the audio subject but this is what I know. As long as you connect a high watt amp and hook some speakers to the amp it will sound pretty good. now if you are hooking up aftermarket speakers directly to the stock monsoon it wont sound good at all(depending on the speakers). What I did was remove the stock subs, hooked up a 250watt amp, and a 10 inch JL sub to the amp. That alone is enough for me.
