98 wiring schematic for heater/fan control panel

Default 98 wiring schematic for heater/fan control panel
My fan and heater/ac selector do not work. I need a wiring schematic to trouble shoot it. Anyone got one? I think the vacuum controlled flappers are working because I can get outside air, but I can't run the fans or ac.

Help!

Haynes manuals have schematics in them, buy one, it is worth it.
