Are there rca hookups on the back of a stock monsoon head unit (2000 T/A)

No, but you can convert the CD-Changer port to RCA AUX-IN using a GM9-AUX. Although since you have a 2000 headunit, you will lose the use of your stock CD-Changer (if you have it).

that's only if you are looking for inputs.

if you want to output the signal, say, to an amp, you need a line out converter, or an amp that accepts speaker level inputs.

damn, that isn't cheap.

Might as well just buy a head unit with an iPod or RCA input on it (that's what i wanted it for anyway)
