Need advice and help ASAP, sale pending! I have a 1998 Z28 with a non-monsoon cassette HU with a factory 12 disk changer. I want to purchase a factory CD HU. Will a 2002 SS factory 500 WATT monsoon CD HU work in the 1998? I will unplug the changer and remove it so I don't care if the CD HU won't control it or not.
Re: Need advice and help ASAP, sale pending! There is mre than just the head ubit in the monsoon.. There is an extra amp the spare tire rea. I don't know if your car will have the wiring for it.. Wish could be of more help..
