Need Help! My Cd Player Stopped Working!!!! I have the monsoon system in my car with the cd player that has the equilizer on it. friday when I put ina cd it displayed the messege e-20. I looked it up in the manual but I could find this code anywhere! Can anyone tell me what this means or where I can go to look it up, becuase if no one know I am going to go buy me a new one when I get a system put in my car.
Re: Need Help! My Cd Player Stopped Working!!!! Usually when stock CD players in GM vehicles start popping up error codes your best bet will be to replace the unit. Try calling Pontiac Master, Milton Reuben, or Bob Richards and talk to the service manager and ask them what the code means.

Re: Need Help! My Cd Player Stopped Working!!!! I work at a car lot and when a factory head unit goes bad we usually replace it with an aftermarket one. If you plan on putting a system in your car go to Standard Electronics on Gordon Highway and talk to Christian. Tell him Billy from Military Auto Sales sent you.

-spray in the cd slot with compressed air?
-get a cd cleaner thing, a cd with a brush on it?
-dissassemble the unit and clean with alcohol?

P.S. I get E20 all the time, especially when i try to play burned CD's

Re: Need Help! My Cd Player Stopped Working!!!! Thats the same thing hapening with me. I burned a new cd when I put it in the caused the rest of my cd's to not work. Now it just works every now and then!
