Default vibe radio-dvd-tv

The new pontiac vibes have a head unit the same size as ours...it has a dvd and a small tv screen built right in...does anyone know if will actually work in our cars???

Someone has to know it this will work. Its in-dash cd-dvd-navigation...i don't really care about the navigation but the in dash dvd would be nice. it has a 5.8 inch screen...there might be a picture of it on pontiacs web site. The whole unit is the same size as ours!

Don't know on that one....but. The Vibe is a Toyota Matrix.......well let's just say that Toyota's platform is used. Now looking at the pic makes me believe that the Vibe radio opening is a double DIN opening, just like Toyota. It's a possiblity, right?

probally will not because the raido module can not communicate the vin with the bcm. (newer gm vehicles communicate vins registered with in all the modules in the vehicle)
