Bypassing Vats and KEY

Bypassing Vats and KEY I have had some problems with my vats system and lock cylinder and keys
I want to totally disable the vats system all together...can this be tuned out on an lt1/obd1 setup?? i have a guy that tunes cars who could do it for me if it's possible if it's not then how can i bypass the whole vats system
i also want to get rid of the lock cylinder and key and go to nothing but a push button start...i know i will have to wire in some switches for acc. mode and such
I am basically wanting to go to a push button non security system...i will come up with something later for theift but right now i just want my car to run
