Default Help trouble shooting Harlan Shift light

I was on the dyno last weekend and I noticed that the light was not working when I would it the designated rpms. Each time I would turn the ignition on the light would light up momentarily as it always does. So, I assume the power lead and ground are good. The wire to the PCM appears to be a good tap. And this all worked before.

So, I am not sure where to be looking for problems. What can I do to trouble shoot this? I thought about setting the RPMs real low to test. Any other ideas? I sent Harlan email but I don't expect a response since he is so busy.

Any ideas are appreciated.
