Extra harness in installing a deck?

Extra harness in installing a deck? I bought a deck from my friend who crashed his car for 50 bucks.
Its an Awia and when I went to put it in there was an extra harness but no plug on the deck for it? Is this for the amp or something?
Maybe I'm better off with the stocker

Re: Extra harness in installing a deck? the extra plug is for the stock CD changer (even if you dont have it, the car comes pre wired for them)
The Monsoon is wired just like any other GM car, 8 speaker wires, 3-5 power wires (constant, switches, and ground are needed, you might also connect the Dimmer, and Remote if you have a power antenna, or dimmer on the radio)
