Security Light!!!
Security Light!!! I just saw my favorite light again today SECURITY! 
I just had the entire ignition thing replaced like 4 months ago! WHat does it mean when the light just stays on? Is there a way to disconnect the whole system? Thanks in advance guys!!

You can't disconnect the system because it's part of the BCM which handles a lot of other functions. However, you can bypass it by just inserting the correct resistor between the two leads that go to the steering column. But you should try cleaning your key first. A common cause of problems is grime on the contacts of the key resistor pellet. Use a pencil eraser and then some rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts on both sides of the key and see if that doesn't fix the problem.

if it flashes and stay on, then is not reading the resistor, or inside the switch one of the cables is not making contact, that happens onces to me, you will have to open the switch, by taking of the sterring wheel, and weld the cable that is not touching the resistor reader... something like that, just dont know how to explaining :S
