Will 6 3/4 door speakers fit on stock bracket

Im getting some polk momo 6 3/4 door speakers from a friend. Will these fit in the stock brackets?

They will fit, but the stock screw's washer will hit your surround. You need alternate fasteners or to grind down a portion of the washer.
