In Dash Changer I have a 99 Trans Am and I want to change out the stereo to one a in dash multi disc changer. If I find an AC Delco /GM changer will that fit in the spot of the Monsoon stereo I have now? will the thumb buttons on the wheel work?

Most of the GM 6-disc indash changers are double DIN and won't fit in the 1.5 DIN opening in an F-body dash without modification. The only recent model GM that I've heard of with a 1.5 DIN head unit is the Cavalier - you might want to check if an indash changer was offered for them.
