To the OP, punctuation and proper spelling is your friend.

Here are some pics from my install. For the most part, everything is concealed when the trunk is closed and the rear hatch cover is covering the trunk area.

im my 78 camaro, i installed it in the trunk mounted on the back of the seats. all u need is a drill, a piece of plywood, some screws... thats about it... PLUS, it makes it easier to install speakers because i jus ran them all to the back to the amp. but then again, mine didnt really have nething inside as far as stereo wiring goes.

Other than convertibles, we don't have trunks.

If you don't have a CD changer maybe you could mount your amp in the cubby hole on the left side at the back - relatively out of the way but still gets air flow.

I spun the spare around and secured it with tie wraps. I placed the amp in the spare. This is a picture of my test fit. I later made a board to mount it on in the spare. I made the wires to the amp long enough to pull the board out enough to remove the spare without unhooking everything.

Well, to make things simple the sub is going to be visible to a certain degree. Doesn't mean working to conceal the amp isn't a good idea, but it does mean it is somewhat silly to go really far out of your way to hide it.

I would suggest you just mount it on the rear tail lamp wall. It will be concealed just as well as your sub so long as you use the hatch divider panel. Fairly easy to do, good looking location, not obvious to peekers. (at least not more so than the sub)

Ya, Id go with the left cubby hole where the factory changer usually is, if thats not available, you can either buy an amp rack from Subthump or use their idea to make some mounting clamps that you can use your tailight wing nuts to support.

IMO where the amp rack is installed on that back piece is the best place to mount an amp. Its out of the way from the ttops if done right, is stealthy since it is covered by the trunk, and it has the best breathing room.

PS...my ttops fit perfectly and the amp still has a few inches even if I hit a bump and the ttops move.
