G-Tech Pro
looks pretty. If you like glowing silver pods
on your dash, anyway.
If you're going to use it for tuning feedback,
you would want to be able to download and
merge its data with your scan tool / wideband
info. This requires that you buy the even pricier
"RR" version.
I have built my own voltage-output accelerometer
(2-axis) for under $50, one-off, that plugs into
my HPTuners cable. The G-Tech tells you stuff
like computed 1/4 mile times etc. but that is not
what you tune for really; it's a rollup that does
not tell you, at such-and-such RPM, that the
last tune tweak made it better or worse; only
the overall.
I view it as entertainment more than tool.
