Sub/amp questions

Sub/amp questions I did a search, but just wanted to clarify something. If I purchase a 2 channel amp, could I run one channel to the sub, and the other channel to the front speakers and the midbasses off of the headunit?? Just wanna know because I can get a good deal on a sub/amp and dont wanna have to purchase another amp and all the other crap.

Only if you want to give up stereo separation in your front speakers. "Left" is a channel and "right" is a channel so you need two channels for stereo.

By buying a four-channel amplifier. Bridge the back two channels to a single sub, and run all four of your front speakers in paralell to your front channels.
