no sound

Hey guys. I got the stock Monsoon system. Two days ago my sound went out. My head unit is on but no sound is coming out of the speakers. ??? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Check your RADIO ACCY fuse - it powers the amp. If you have a Firebird it also powers the antenna.

thanks. I checked all the fuses in the dash, but they are good. Any other ideas.

Okay, did you actually test the fuse or just look at it? It is not unusual for a fuse to look fine but be blown. Either test it with a meter or replace it with a known good fuse. You should be hoping that it's only a fuse because it's the easy solution that matches your symptoms. Other causes might get expensive to fix.
