Unhappy Firebird front tweeter replacement (with factory tweeters)

So I pulled my driver door panel off, to try and fix my window problem, and took a peak at my tweeter there, since it doesn't work. It's like, plastic riveted on there... How on earth are you supposed to remove it? Theres a screw, that looks to be holding the tweeter to the metal bracket, but when I took it out, it seemed to be glued there quite tight like.

If I snap off the little plastic bits, I won't be able to put the new ones in, so what the heck does a guy do when he replaces factory speakers with factory speakers?!

PS if anyone knows how to replace that window regulator wheel, please let me know I got one coming tomorrow (Friday), but as of now I'm confused how I attach it to the glass. The "broken" one I found in the track still, just has a hole in it like a bolt is supposed to screw in, but there was no bolt in the door. Hopefully the new one comes with some hardware :\
