I have a ghetto one myself but no documentation of it. My 85 Suburban had the double dial radio, and I didn't know it was like that with how it was in there. Well I pulled it out and got screwed since it wasn't a din opening :\ So I cut it, with tin snips! Looked so horrible and the HU didn't even fit in there, I had to shove it in lol. Ontop of that there was nothing to bolt the thing down with, and it tilted back because of that So I got some of the original hole-strap metal and make a anchor/prop in the back under the dash. Not that I could see under there, but it worked I feel a little sorry for the dumbasses who bought it after me. But they were punkish kids and from what I heard, the truck went to *** after that anyways. WAS a nice truck, blue with chameleon flames :\ Oh well heh, not my prob now

its just temporary till i can get a replacement factory radio, if i forgot to mention that... deffinatly better then nothing, and i wont waste the money on a dash kit that i will only use a couple weeks
