in dash dvd player question

in dash dvd player question ok in my truck i have 3 12'' infinity subs with 3 sony amps (one amp per sub) and 3 power caps with 2 sets of infinity component systems 4 speakers and 4 tweeters total with 4 crossovers and a kole audio amp powering the speakers.....now heres the good stuff....
i had a sony xplod head unit in there but sold it to a buddy of mine to upgrade to the pioneer p7800...then i started thinkin well for around 100 more give or take, i could get an in dash dvd player....
i started looking at the dual xdvd8181 and the jensen vm9311ts but am having trouble decing which to go with.....
i know for a few hundred more i could get a pioneer/panasonic/eclipse but i am limited with money so thats why im looking for the dual or jensen.....
i want something that has:
1- a clear picture as far as watching dvds go
2-something that will make my subs/speakers sound as good as the sony did
3-an aux input for my mp3 (not ipod)
4-something with nice features i.e. nice background colors/easy to use/etc etc
help me out guys

p.s. then i started looking at the panasonic vd7001u and the vd7003u like then cause they are panasonic which is better known but they dont have the external screen liek the dual so id have to have it open to see whats going on.....
any advice?

Nice looking HU (Dual XDVD8182) for the money. Just searched em and it looks like they can be had for around $420.00. Even has front, rear, sub and a fourth center channel preamp out according to specs. Guess you could hook up a small amp to the center channel. Interesting!!
That is pretty cool! Normally your lucky to get 2 preamp outs on a unit costing less than $500.00 for a flip out. Very cool for surround sound. Here are the specs on the Dual XDVD 8182:
