shoulda left the leather? im guessing, off and just left it as fiber glass woulda looked sick, it still looks really nice tho

leather will come off..the fiberglass underneath can also be painted..just needs some work

IMO speakers should have been facing the front, not the hatch glass, especially not angled towards the back.
