Basically they wedge in place. It's a tight fit. Then you put the interior plastic back down over them. I had a Vantage stealth enclosure that I used small L brackets to hold it in place but it wasn't like it was moving around alot or anything. The subthump enclosures are a very tight fit. In fact it took some adjusting to get them just right. The passenger one takes a bit more effort than the drivers side!!

Whoa lol same angles there ^^^

I just put my box in last night with 2 10" Type-R's. Perfect fit, still gotta drill them down and reground the amp, but not a single complaint. Nothing but compliments on the box so far, really clean looking. (T-Top Style Box.)

Hey litemup up did your enclosure include the panel in front of your subs where you have your amps mounted or did you have to buy that separately?

It's a custom rack done my a friend and i. You have to build it to fit your amps.

thanks man... Really nice set up you have there by the way. Did u just use that same mdf stuff they use and paint match it or what? Because I'm trying figure out the best way to mount 2 JL 10" subs that I already have, along with a massively-sized audiobahn 1100W sub amp and another 450W audiobahn for some higher quality pioneer & audiobahn speakers that I'm putting in, as well as a capacitor and some crossovers, so I'm really gonna need as much room as I can get. Do you guys think hunting down 2 stealthboxes and a good amp rack would be a good idea? Or would a t-top box w/that custom amp enclosure be a better idea?

Yeah we used some thin board but covered it with vinyl to match the box. I would just show off what you want...or what would be easier to make an amp rack for and put the rest under the box. Unless you decide to go with the stealth boxes.

I just noticed that as well!!!

Hey j99fbody you got that t-top style box from subthump???

:hmm:

I want to have my setup look cleaner than how it looks now, when we installed it we were in a rush, but dang I really do like how it came up, I just want to not have the wires all over the place...
