I have a pair of Audiobahn DUB600C that I bought on clearance from Summit about a year to a year and a half ago, and I broke one of them today. I was hooking them up to my computer, and when I was pulling the wires out of the speaker, I pushed up on the quick release and didn't support the top. When I did that, it looks like either the glue that glued the grey piece of plastic (+ coil) to the magnet let go, or it actually broke off. I'm thinking of making a spring bracket to hold the grey plastic down to the base, but I was wondering if any of you knew a better way/done this before/know someone who can fix speakers/knows someone who is selling one (1) Audiobahn DUB600C 200W 6" speaker. Please help! Thanks.
