need a little help Alright guys iv checked everything but maybe im missing something ...... I'll explain the best i can ..... my amp is on, the connections are correct..... problem is ..... my sub is barely moving its more of a subtle heart beat, instead of actually hitting and making bass...... what could the problem be?!!?! i checked the fuses and all the connections and everything is good ..... please comment back

here's the specs..... Panasonic cq-c3333u headunit, JBL GTO coaxials, JBL GTO 1004D 10" sub, JBL GTO CS300.1 300 Watt mono amp ....the sub is 4 ohm, 250W RMS, 1,000 peak..... the amp is self explanitory.

check the gains (duh) try getting a 1/4 inch phono to rca adapter and hook it to a portable cd player/mp3 player and hook it up to the imputs, i have had bad rcas before, it could be a defective unit, make SURE the positive wires go to positive and negative to postitive, hit me up on aim at irresponsibleman and ill help you getin it going
