what do you mean ground the rca's ?

Try wrapping some wire around the outside of the RCA where they connect to the deck (like actually touching the metal at the connector) and ground it.

both the right and left at the deck i should ground ?

tried the grounding thing. seemed to work well but when the engine turned on it did not doo much. i think i am gonna order the ground loop isolator today and see how that works
